The departmentis committed to raise standards of Biotechnology, not only in RajnandgaonDistrict but also in Chhattisgarh, offering high quality teaching and practicalimplementation is more than just a priority. It is our main objective. To beprecise, we hope to devise a new equation for education in the near future:Teaching and Learning skills, extracurricular activities, scientifictemperament, build up practical knowledge.

Mission

  Mighty Department of Biotechnology in general with thefollowing goals and objectives in mind:

1.       To impart education of Biotechnology tothe students of this backward region, so that economic backwardness or lack ofcommunication could not retard the academic development of the region.

2.       For socio cultural development ofvarious ethnic groups of the region.

3.       To create scientific temperament.

4.       To provide employment avenue.

5.       To promote research skill.

6.      Providefacility like a computer, internet, ICT devices and smart class to build-upteaching skill.  

7.      Laboratoryequipment for the advance practical.

8.      Classesfor upcoming exams like NET and other competitive exams.

9.      Toprovide books, e-resources for teachers and students.

10.   To enhance extracurricular activities forteacher and students beneficial to society.

11.  Createanalternate resource for revenue for Department.
